1 4-pack IKEA Salmon*
1/3 cup IKEA Lingonberry Apple Vinegar*
4 lettuce leaves
1 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
1 jar Black Lumpfish Caviar*
1 lemon
1 tomato
12 cooked green or white asparagus
Directions
Poach the salmon in 2 cups of water, ⅓ cup Lingon-berry Apple Vinegar and 1 tsp. salt until it reaches a temperature of 145˚F. Cool salmon completely, remove it from the poaching liquid and pat dry with paper towel. Place salmon on lettuce leaves. Decorate using mayonnaise or sour cream, Black Lumpfish Caviar, lemon, tomato wedges, green or white asparagus and dill.
