1 pkg. Shrimp* ,cooked and peeled
1 jar IKEA Herring*
1 tube Cod Roe Spread*
1 pkg. IKEA Gravad Lax*
1 jar IKEA Mustard Sauce*
1 container Roasted Onions*
20 IKEA Meatballs*
1 pkg.Crispbread*
1 Swedish Cheese*
2 hard boiled eggs
1 lemon, sliced
Lettuce leaves
Small onion, sliced into rings
1 jar Swedish Pickles*
1 jar IKEA Lingonberry Preserves*


Start placing ½ boiled egg topped with Cod Roe Spread in the center of 4 each individual serving plate. Continue arranging remaining ingredients clockwise around the plates as follows:
1. 3-4 pieces of IKEA Herring garnished with onion rings
2. 2 oz. IKEA Gravad Lax with mustard sauce and dill placed on a small lettuce leaf
3. 3 oz. Shrimp placed on lettuce leaf and lemon wheel on top
4. 3 IKEA Meatballs, halved, with Lingonberry Preserves, garnished with Swedish Pickles and roasted onions
5. 1 oz. of Swedish Cheese with Crispbread and butter
