1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION. The IKEA FAMILY Card Scan Gift Card Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:00 AM (ET) on 1/1/13 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 12/31/13 ("Promotion Period"). There will be one (1) Monthly Winner for each IKEA store in which the IKEA FAMILY program is available, determined by a random drawing from among all eligible entries received from all methods combined at the end of each month of the Promotion Period. Entrants may submit a maximum of one (1) entry per day as follows: one (1) entry via one of the following methods: in-store kiosk, by logging in or scanning your IKEA FAMILY membership card; or scanning your IKEA FAMILY membership card in-store at checkout. For purpose of this Sweepstakes, a "Day" is defined as a 24-hour time period beginning at 12:00:00 AM (ET) and ending at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on the same calendar day. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to comply with and abide by these official rules and the decisions of IKEA North America Services, LLC. 420 Alan Wood Road, Conshohocken, PA 19428 ("Sponsor"), which shall be final and binding in all respects.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry who are registered members in good standing of the IKEA FAMILY program and have provided a valid email address for contact. Employees of IKEA North America Services, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Promotion Entities") and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
3. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES. Enter by visiting any IKEA store in which the IKEA FAMILY program is available during the Promotion Period and either a) log in at the IKEA FAMILY kiosk using username and password, b) scan your IKEA FAMILY membership card at the IKEA FAMILY kiosk or c) scan your IKEA FAMILY membership card during a purchase at checkout.

   No automated entry devices, bots and/or other programs and/or software are permitted for Sweepstakes entry. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
   Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person, per Day for the Promotion Period – regardless of method of entry. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of mailing address, email address, and/or telephone number of entrants. In the event of a dispute, any entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the IKEA FAMILY membership account submitted at the time of entry, provided that person meets all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person who is assigned to an IKEA FAMILY membership account by the Sponsor. Any entrant who attempts to enter more than once per day using multiple e-mail addresses, multiple IKEA FAMILY membership accounts or under multiple identities will be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes and all entries from that individual will be considered void.
4. WINNER SELECTION: One (1) winner per store will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about the dates listed in the table below, from among all eligible entries received during the respective Monthly entry period from all methods combined by Sponsor or its designee, the judges in this Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding. Winners will be notified by phone, mail and/or email at Sponsor’s discretion. Non-winning Monthly entries will not rollover into any subsequent Monthly entry periods.

5. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV)/ODDS: Four Hundred Fifty-Six (456) Grand Prizes (one (1) prize per Monthly entry period, per each participating IKEA USA Store) – $100 worth of IKEA Gift Cards. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions associated with their use. Total ARV of all prizes $45,600. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received from all methods combined for each respective Monthly entry period for each participating IKEA USA store. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Limit one (1) prize per person.
6. GENERAL: Potential Grand Prize winners must execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where permitted by law, Publicity Release within ten (10) days after the first notification attempt. Non-compliance with Official Rules may result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner may be selected. If prize notification or prize delivery is returned as non-deliverable, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of prize is permitted. Acceptance of a prize shall be construed as and signify the winner's agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the winner's name, voice, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further consideration, review, approval or payment, unless prohibited by law. By participating, entrants and winners release and agree to hold harmless Promotion Entities, their respective parent companies, affiliates, directors, employees, officers and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury or death, arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, or the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or with respect to participation in any prize related activity. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in printing, offering, announcement or administration of the Sweepstakes. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
