A Sweet Treat for Your Sweetie

Ingredients*

• Lingonberry Preserves (LINGONSYLT)
• Cloudberry Preserves (SYLT HJORTRON)
• Oat Crisp Cookies (HAVREFLARN)
• Swedish Toasted Rolls (VICTORIA)
• Swedish Vanilla Sauce (VANILJSÅS)
• Whipped Cream
• Mint Leaves (for garnish)

*Most ingredients available at the in-store IKEA Swedish Food Markets.

Directions

1. Crush toasted rolls.
2. Add some lingonberry preserves to the bottom of a martini glass.
3. Layer some crushed toasted rolls on top of that.
4. Add another layer of lingonberry preserves.
5. Add a layer of vanilla sauce.
6. Repeat steps 3 and 4.
7. Add a generous layer of cloudberry preserves.
8. Top with whipped cream and another small dollop of cloudberry preserve in the center.
9. Garnish with a mint leaf and an oat crisp cookie.
