If an item goes on sale within 90 days of purchase, bring your receipt and IKEA FAMILY card to the store, while the product is on sale, and we will credit the difference of the new sale price to the original purchase price. No it doesn’t matter! IKEA FAMILY accounts are designed to allow more than one card number to be registered to a single email address. While your virtual and physical card numbers may be different, they are both linked back to your singular account registered under your email address.
To change your personal details, simply log into the IKEA FAMILY site https://info.ikea-usa.com/family and click on "My Account" in the top right corner. From there, you may update your personal details as well as change or update your communication preferences.
