Currently, IKEA FAMILY ( and IKEA Home Shopping ( maintain separate user account information. We understand that this may cause confusion, and are currently exploring ways to better integrate the different accounts. Accounts created for IKEA online shopping don't currently share log-in information with IKEA FAMILY accounts, so the two should be updated separately.

IKEA FAMILY is different from other loyalty programs. Instead of collecting points or rebates, you'll enjoy great offers, sweepstakes entries and free coffee or hot tea every time you shop.

You can currently use your card at any IKEA store and at Be sure to scan you card at the in-store kiosks or at checkout every time you visit. That way, you'll be sure to get member pricing on discounted items, and you'll also be entered in our monthly sweepstakes.

Yes, you should ALWAYS use your IKEA FAMILY card, no matter what IKEA products you're buying. Not only will you be entered into the monthly drawing for a $100 gift card, but you'll also help IKEA learn how to provide you with the best possible offers in the future. And, if any of the items you've bought go on sale within 90 days of your purchase, you are eligible for a refund of the difference.

To cancel your membership, send us an email at send us an email. Be sure to include your name, email address and IKEA FAMILY card number and your request will be processed within three business days.

If an item goes on sale within 90 days of purchase, bring your receipt and IKEA FAMILY card to the store and we will credit the different of the new sale price to the original purchase price. Your original receipt must show that you scanned your IKEA FAMILY card at the time of purchase.

Next time you visit the store, simply stop by one of the IKEA FAMILY kiosks. Log in and select the option to print a replacement card. Your new card will have a different number from your original, but it will be linked to your account.

Don't worry—there's absolutely no risk of someone accessing your personal details if they have your IKEA FAMILY Card; none of your personal information is associated with it. Simply get a replacement card from the IKEA FAMILY kiosk next time you visit.

No, the IKEA FAMILY Card is personal to you. Your spouse or partner can enjoy the benefits of membership with his or her own account.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently look up IKEA FAMILY card numbers at checkout. We know this is a feature that would be extremely useful to our customers and are looking for ways to make it happen. But, in the meantime, if you don’t have your card with you when you come to the store, don’t forget that you can always get your card number by logging into the IKEA FAMILY website ( on your mobile device. Forgot your phone? No problem. You can get a temporary copy of your card from any one of the IKEA FAMILY kiosks. Prior to getting to checkout, simply login to the kiosk and select “Forgot card? Print a Temporary Pass” to get a printout with your IKEA FAMILY card number. Simply have the cashier scan the temporary pass at checkout.

To change your personal details, simply log into the IKEA FAMILY site and click on "My Account" in the top right corner. From there, you may update your personal details as well as change or update your communication preferences.

You can always see the latest IKEA FAMILY offers by becoming a member, logging in and visiting this website. Additionally, we'll send out monthly emails with featured offers and links to see the rest online. When you're visiting your local IKEA, you can also use the in- store IKEA FAMILY kiosk to browse the complete list of discounts or refer to signage throughout the store.
