But, in the meantime, if you don’t have your card with you when you come to the store, don’t forget that you can always get your card number by logging into the IKEA FAMILY website ( on your mobile device. Forgot your phone? No problem. You can get a temporary copy of your card from any one of the IKEA FAMILY kiosks. Prior to getting to checkout, simply login to the kiosk and select “Forgot card? Print a Temporary Pass” to get a printout with your IKEA FAMILY card number. Simply have the cashier scan the temporary pass at checkout.
