When you scan your IKEA Family card at checkout, you activate our 90-Day price protection benefit. If a product you buy using your card goes on sale within 90 days of your purchase, simply bring in your receipt and we’ll refund the difference. *90-Day Price Protection is only available for product purchases. Service purchases are excluded from this benefit.
Your original receipt must show that you scanned your IKEA Family card at the time of purchase.

For the discount to be applied, you must scan both your IKEA Family card and the coupon at checkout.
Unfortunately, at this time, IKEA Family coupons cannot be used online and are valid for in-store use only.

If you have lost or deleted your birthday reward, log into your IKEA Family account and view your coupons under the My Profile menu. If you have further questions or need assistance, please contact IKEA Family Customer Service at email@example.com and someone from our team will you recover it.
You can currently use your card at any IKEA store, location or at IKEA.com. Be sure to scan your card at checkout every time you visit. That way, you'll get member pricing on discounted items, and you'll also be entered in our monthly sweepstakes.

You can update any of your details such as name, address, preferred store and communications preferences on the 'My Account' page. To cancel your membership, simply send us an email. Be sure to include your name, email address and IKEA Family card number along with your request.
Under the event tab on the IKEA Family website, select your store and browse available events on the IKEA Family website. To attend click the RSVP button, which will prompt you to log in to your account. If you are not a member, you can join as part of the RSVP process.
You can always see the latest IKEA Family offers on IKEA-USA.com or in your local IKEA store. Look out for the blue IKEA Family labels. That’s the real deal!

Don't worry-there's absolutely no risk of someone accessing your personal details if they have your IKEA Family Card. No one can access your IKEA Family account with just an account number. To get a replacement digital card save your card to your Apple or Android mobile wallet, from an IKEA email or the IKEA Family website.
No, the IKEA Family Card is personal to you. Your spouse or partner can enjoy the benefits of membership with their own account.
No, IKEA Family is a loyalty card only. If you are interested in applying for either card, more information can be found here.
Unfortunately, the cashiers cannot look it up. However, you have a few options:
No it doesn't matter! IKEA Family accounts are designed to allow more than one card number to be registered to a single email address. While your virtual and physical card numbers may be different, they are both linked back to your singular account registered under your email address.
To change your personal details, simply log into the IKEA Family site https://info.ikea-usa.com/family and click on "My Account" in the top right corner. From there, you may update your personal details as well as change or update your communication preferences.
